Quality Control Procedures
Our QC process ensures excellence at every stage:
1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC): All raw materials and components are inspected against specifications and certified before use.
2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Line audits and checkpoint inspections monitor key processes (soldering, assembly, aging) to prevent defects.
3. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): 100% functional testing followed by AQL sampling for appearance, packaging, and performance. Only products passing final audit are shipped.
